When CBS LA sports broadcaster Jaime Maggio toured A Place Called Home, she got a firsthand look at the creativity, talent, and possibility thriving in South Los Angeles.
During her campus tour, Jaime met several of our youth, explored our programs, and learned how young people are building brighter futures through access to the arts, education, career pathways, internships, and more. The experience left a lasting impression and we were just as excited to share our home with her!
Of course, when it came time to choose a host for our Homecoming Gala on Thursday, October 29, at SoFi Stadium, we couldn’t think of a better person to take the stage.
Jaime brought her warmth, energy, and enthusiasm to an unforgettable evening celebrating the young people, partners, and supporters who make our work possible. From her first visit to A Place Called Home to hosting a night dedicated to our mission, Jaime is a wonderful part of our APCH story.
We’re so grateful she joined us to help make our Homecoming Gala an evening to remember!
