Thank you. Last night, you helped us raise over $800,000 for the young people of A Place Called Home, and I’m overwhelmed with gratitude.
823 young people came to our campus last year. Every one of them received a fresh meal, help with homework, and the support to pursue their dreams. You helped make that possible.
Watching our young people perform and tell their own stories last night, I kept thinking about the people behind the night. That’s you. Thank you for supporting our youth.
To our host Jaime Maggio, and our honorees, Gitta Ryle and Herbalife, thank you for what you’ve given the young people of South LA. To our sponsors, donors, guests, board members, and volunteers, we could not have done this without you.
With gratitude,
Norayma Cabot
CEO, A Place Called Home
