About the Program:
The APCH Alumi Program was created in 2022 as a way to stay connected to all members who transition out of A Place Called Home. The program honors alumni engagement and community, and values connection with our members after they exit A Place Called Home. The Alumni Department is building an exciting legacy, so stay tuned!
