Each spring, APCH's annual GirlPower! Luncheon brings together family and friends to celebrate our GirlPower peer mentoring cohort as they culminate their program, and to honor inspiring women making a difference in their industries and the world.

In a neighborhood where many families live at or below the federal poverty line, APCH’s annual Back-to-School event removes the financial burden of buying school supplies and backpacks by equipping over 1,000 kids in need with backpacks and supplies for the coming school year. This event is sponsored by the L.A. Galaxy.

Family to Family is a special event held for our members and their families to make the season just that much brighter! The event has included a festive photo booth, arts and crafts, photos with Santa Claus, and gifts galore tailored to each family’s needs.

APCH brings holiday magic to South L.A. with this Santa and snow-filled event that provides over 3,000 children and their families with toys, clothing and holiday treats.
